MEETING TOPIC: Unconscious Bias

Unconscious Bias is a phenomenon of being human. Organizations dedicated to diversity and inclusion (D&I) must have an understanding of Unconscious Bias in order to provide the proper depth, perspective, and structure in their D&I work.

This session will create awareness and provide resources while exploring these questions:

- What is Unconscious Bias?

- Who has it?

- How does it impact organizations?

- How do you identify it?

- What can you do about it?
